Camille Baudoin
Camille, it's a story of stars.
A small fairy has doubtless whistled to her to the ear at Olivier de Serres, where she studied visual communication. Then, the sirens of publishing music call her, disguised in the Firm agencie, where she intones her first aesthetic tunes.
But Camille does not stop there.
Free and lively, she flies away, in freelance and graphic style, for small independent labels, which she spoils and enchants with her creations. Her gallery abounds in expressive masks, in gimmicks and in compositions pictures indeed in the wind. She sprinkles the pages of women and children magazines with it.
Children, precisely, let's speak about it! For them, she also set up a creation workshop of surrealist bed songs and of sculptures in chewed paper.
Her graphic and colored world has actually something to do with her childhood. Sparkling butterfly by day, fairy in a game of skittles, Camille concocts refreshing and new illustrations.
She infuses reinvigorating images as well in publishing, advertising and the press.
Her quest of new chromatic sensations led her to the « J’ai Lu » Editions, where, during several years, at the same time than her freelance activities, she passed on the other side of the mirror.
Last news of the stars: Camille is an independent illustrator today.
When for a few hours she rests her fingers, just the time of a dream, friends, family, utopias, draw her other lives …
