Clémence Lallemand
After her literary studies, Clémence pushes her books asides and takes out her pencils. Goodbye literature, hello graphic arts at the renowned Paris ESAG-Penninghen ! Newly graduated in 2002, she launches herself as a professional illustrator. It's love at first sight with the magazines ; she works for Biba and Elle. In 2003, she creates a line of souvenirs for 22 French national monuments (Monum). At the beginning of 2004, she joins Virginie's agency and discovers advertising, working for the likes of La Poste, Orange, and Boulanger. However, she remains loyal to the press, and her work can also be found in the TGV magazine as well as in the publications for young adults Je Bouquine and Muze of Bayard Presse, where she illustrates a monthly column. She works lightheartedly on a pink desk with her gray cat poised on her shoulders… Both tender and biting, she always graces her illustrations with a touch of humor.
