Bio

After studying at the Parson School of Design and living between LA and Paris, Irma started working as an art director for several magazines, including Marie-Claire in France and Jetz in Germany. She then moved to London and became head of design for the upmarket department store chain Peek and Cloppenburg.
She also created her own company, "Irma's World", and became fashion illustrator and journalist for women's magazines in Japan, Germany and France.
Irma now has a column Glamour magazine and regularly contributes to Frau (Germany), Arigatt (Japan) and also to Tatler, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Marie-Claire, and Vogue Business.
Her credits also include advertisements for Ford in France, Clinique in Japan and Theresa, a popular German fashion store.
In publishing, she has illustrated a number of book covers for the Japanese and German markets.
Irma recently created her own line of furniture.
