Madeleine Martin’s first name might have predetermined her to be a good pastry chef. Unfortunately, after several stubborn but unsuccessful attempts, refusing to reconcile with her oven, she decided to devote herself to another of her talents – this time, a genuine one: drawing. Goodbye cake tins, hello pencils and graphic board!
After several years of experimentation in the world of communications, she set out in 2008 on her drawing blog adventure, and gained rapid recognition. Her sweet, fluffy and funny drawings can be enjoyed immoderately, just like cupcakes.
Besides, Madeleine also works as a freelance illustrator for advertising, the press and publishing, secretly dreaming of one day illustrating… madeleines recipes!
