Pénélope
After a globetrotting childhood, Penelope came back to France to further her graphic arts studies at ESAG-Penninghen. She was admitted to the selective Beaux-Arts School of Paris, and obtained her diploma in June 2000.
An end-of-school training period spent around the vegetal world of Dominique Picquier introduced her to textile printing.
She now creates print collections for women and illustrates “notebooks” for children. Arty left-bank department store Le Bon Marché passed an order for a range of stationary with her own design and prints. Perfume store Blanc d’Ivoire entrusted her with the packaging concept of one of their lines of scents. Working also as a color consultant, she is sent on missions by agencies such as Martine Leherpeur Conseil and Première Vision to create sensitive and sophisticated shades.
Penelope illustrates for Dim and linen designer Françoise Saget as well as for magazines such as Vogue Italy and Trésor. Her sense of poetry will bring enchantment to your daily surroundings.
